The Movement Training can be attended without restriction and at no extra cost by all members over 16 years.

Training with the kettlebell is the epitome of functional training. Here we train the whole body with its motor skills (strength, speed, coordination, flexibility and endurance). We not only train with the kettlebells but also with sling trainers, skipping ropes and our own body.

 * The prerequisite for participation in the training is mastering the kettlebell basic techniques deadlift, swing and turkish get up.
