Before submitting your order to us, you have the option to provide the name of the recipient. In this case, the gift card will be personalized and is non-transferable. A refund of the gift card may be requested in two cases: in the event of cancellation or withdrawal of the purchase within 14 days of the purchase date, or due to unreasonable personal circumstances of the holder. Additionally, there is a right to a refund if the gift card could not be redeemed within three years of the purchase date due to prolonged official closures.
