With a Trial-Ticket, you have the opportunity to take part in a class of your choice for a full 30 days. This gives you a profound insight into our training methods and enough time to try out a new sport. During this trial month, our trainers will provide you with an initial introduction to the basic movement sequences of the individual exercises. We want to make sure that you are able to prevent yourself or anyone else from injuries while training. You will also find out more about the required physical condition and how you can optimally prepare yourself for a training session. Then we will give you an initial review of your skills and further tips and recommendations on subjects such as protection and equipment. With the successful completion of the 30 days, you are prepared to join the regular training in the Ringside Gym© and start your training with us.
