Important: The voucher is personalized and cannot be transferred. A refund can be requested in two cases: cancellation of the purchase within 14 days of the purchase date. Or because of unpredictable personal circumstances that affect you in a way that the voucher could not be redeemed within three years after the date of purchase due to the ongoing official closure.
